StoreVillage.com interacts with three different audiences: shoppers, vendors, and investors.
E-mail addresses:
- requests to add new "favorite" stores to the
village. If you know of a store that should be added to the village,
please fill out a request
consideration form.
- complaints about stores in StoreVillage.com. These are
very rare because of our careful screening but should you have a
complaint, we'd like to hear about it. We hate mentioning this but because
there is such fierce competition between Internet on-line shopping stores,
there is a chance that a store owner might call and pose as a consumer to
complain about a rival in hopes of getting them removed from the village.
Therefore, please understand that if your complaint doesn't contain enough
facts for us to follow-up on, we might not remove them from the village.
But we will keep track of complaints and will look for trends. Complaints
should be addressed to our administration.
