We found their pricing to be excellent and we loved their flat-rate shipping charge of $5 no matter how large your order is. They also have a nice 30-day return policy and they will extend that period if you give them a good reason (they are pretty lenient).

TigerDirect has one of the largest selections of PC products in the world (over 50,000 items in stock and ready to ship). TigerDirect has created one the industry's most popular brands of personal computers-TigerSystems, built with premium components and backed by award-winning technical support staff (they really are top notch). They offer customers "Build-To-Order" and fully customized systems. They also offer a huge selection of software, printers, scanners, PC components, training, and networking equipment.

Their prices are very good, especially if you check out their overstock items, clearance section, and refurbished products section. They offered product reviews for all of the items we looked at and we found their search engine to be pretty good (we could even find by model number).
